Ninety-Six Hotel Collection (formerly Indigo Hotels) was created in 1994 and is the name behind the creation and development in 1996 of the Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel, the first 5-star business hotel in Mauritius regarded as a benchmark in the local hospitality industry and a landmark in the capital Port Louis. Following the success, Ninety-Six opened a second hotel on the prime waterfront location, the 4-star Le Suffren Hotel & Marina, designed to satisfy the needs of the modern day business traveller. The group Ninety-Six then added Hennessy Park Hotel, a vibrant new 4-star business hotel in the hub of Ebene Cyber City in 2010. This was followed in 2013 by Le Suffren Apart’hotel, Mauritius’ first executive apartments designed for the business traveller on a longer stay. Later, I Spa Fitness & Wellness Club was developed to become a unique "under one roof" beauty, wellness and fitness centre for guests. the newest addition to the Ninety-Six collection is The Address Boutique Hotel, a charming, cosy and convivial 4-star hotel in the residential village of Port Chambly.

Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel
Opened in 1996, the flagship of the Ninety-Six collection, the Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel, is the first 5-star business hotel in Mauritius. The hotel was recently renovated to its current sophisticated glory in 2015 and 2018 with a fresh, new look throughout its rooms and suites, restaurants, bar, executive floor and world-class conference centre.
Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort
2004 saw the opening in Bel Ombre Estate of the 5-star Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort, which is now under the management of Veranda Leisure & Hospitality.

Le Suffren Apart’hotel
Mauritius’ first executive duplex apartments, Le Suffren Apart’hotel, were designed for the business traveller on a longer stay, and opened in 2012, providing a home-away-from-home with 4-star comforts and service right on the waterfront.
I Spa Fitness & Wellness Club
The I Spa Fitness & Wellness Club brand was launched in all hotels in 2012, and offers guests a wonderful way to relax and maintain a level of fitness. Natural spa treatments are complemented by facilities that include a pool, sauna, hair studio, gym, tennis and squash courts.
The Address Boutique Hotel
In 2014, Ninety-Six renovated and refurbished the former Port Chambly Hotel and launched it as the 4-star The Address Boutique Hotel in the residential village of Port Chambly. The Hotel has been regenerated into a contemporary venue that is both convivial and cosmopolitan, with mouthwatering cuisines, an exhilarating lounge bar and state-of-the-art gym and spa facilities.
Les Villas Chamblynes
Ninety-Six acquired in 2018 Les Villas Chamblynes, a property rental company that offers short holiday lets and long-term stays in Port Chambly. The apartments and villas are fully furnished and are within easy reach of The Address Boutique Hotel facilities.
